Theatre Tokens have no expiry date, so the user can decide exactly when to exchange them over the phone, by post or in person with participating theatres (full list available here)

How to use

You can redeem your Theatre Tokens by contacting your chosen theatre directly. You will need your 16-digit Token Number and 4-digit PIN.

E-Gifts can be used to purchase tickets at any theatre participating in the Theatre Tokens scheme at the time of redemption (subject to ticket availability, booking fees may apply).

E-Gifts cannot be transferred for value or redeemed or exchanged for cash. No cash change will be given on purchases made using an e-gift. E-Gifts cannot be used to purchase other e-gifts, gift vouchers or gift cards.
