Macphie's hollandaise sauce is buttery, zesty and convenient. It handles heat exceptionally well without splitting or becoming dull, is freeze-thaw stable in application and will keep its deliciously creamy flavour and consistency whether heated by hob, microwave, kettle, bain-marie or hot-cabinet. The sauce is also gluten free, suitable for vegetarians and is certified halal.
